Our guest is Baseball Canada’s Business & Sports Development Director Andre La Chance.

Baseball Canada’s baseball coaches development program is one of the best in the world and their results in international competition proves their program is a big success. Andre started coaching baseball in Canada when he was 17 years old. He is the first baseball coach in Canada to receive his level 5 certification from the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). A Professor at the School of Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, He is the Manager for Baseball Canada’s Womens Baseball Team and the Business and Sport Development Director for Baseball Canada. He coached Canada’s Women’s Team to a bronze medal in the World Championships.
